Colleen is from Massachusetts (not Boston) but has been in SF for too long now. She has a BFA in technical fashion design, worked in the mobile gaming industry for a few years, and graduated from Hackbright Academy before joining the support engineering team at Sentry.
Outside of work she can be found covered in cat hair, eating cannoli, and playing video games (all at the same time).
More code is shipping faster than ever, and most of it is no longer written by people. The speed is the story everyone tells. What matters more is what happens after the code ships, where software is starting to notice it is broken, understand why, and write the fix itself.
